Refund Policy for Terrace
At Terrace, we aim to provide our users with the best possible experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is required. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Free Trial and Cancellation
- Terrace offers a 14-day free trial for all new users. During this trial period, you can explore all the features without being charged.
- If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription at £12 per month.
2. Refund Eligibility
We generally do not provide refunds for subscription fees already paid. However, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:
- A billing error occurred (e.g., double-charging or incorrect billing).
- You experienced significant service disruptions due to errors on our end.
3. Refund Requests
- To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@myterrace.net within 14 days of the charge.
- Include your account details, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting evidence.
4. Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of the subscription period if you decide to cancel mid-term. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Canceling your subscription will prevent future charges but will not refund any payments already made.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your refund request has been unfairly denied, you may escalate the issue to our management team by emailing disputes@myterrace.net.
