• Free Plan: Access to limited features and templates.
• Paid Plan: Full access to premium features for a monthly fee of £10.

• By using Terrace, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Accounts

• To use Terrace, you must create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Free Plan: Available to all users without charge.
• Paid Plan: Subscriptions are billed monthly at £10.
• Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Automatic Renewal:

• Paid subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.

5. License and User Content

• Terrace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service.
• You retain ownership of any graphics or content you create using Terrace. However, by using the Service, you grant Terrace the right to store and process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Prohibited Content:

You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• Violates laws or regulations.
• Is defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality on Terrace, including software, trademarks, and designs, are owned by Terrace and are protected by intellectual property laws.
